At The College Guys, we believe in empowering the next generation of leaders by helping to alleviate the financial burdens of higher education. With student debt now the second largest debt in America, many talented young adults find themselves juggling over 50 hours of work and school each week just to support themselves. This hinders their academic pursuits and overall college experience.

Our mission is to provide a solution that not only benefits our clients but also aids college students in achieving their educational goals. We offer a competitive salary that is more than triple the New Jersey minimum wage. Students can work a maximum of 10 hours a week with us which allows them to earn the same amount as they would working a full time minimum wage job. We do this because we want students to be able to focus on school and setting up their future life.
